Brent took the day off of work today because we had inspectors scheduled to arrive in the AM. We all went to lunch with Papu Brad and Andrew said "Dadda!" Brent couldn't be more thrilled...well maybe if he said "Go Beavs!"

Last season strawberries

On Wednesday afternoon, Andrew and Momma went to a farmer's market and got strawberries for Dadda. Today while Andrew took a nap, Momma made strawberry shortcakes, and froze the rest of the strawberries to make delicious treats for Dadda later this year. =)

It's Football Season again....

Andrew went to his first football game today. OSU vs PSU. Beavs win!

Afterwards, we visited the Johnson's and Andrew got to see his cousin Bryce.

Plum Tree in our backyard...

On Sunday, Brent, Andrew & I picked our plums---we hit the jackpot this year! We made my grandma's famous Prune Strudel Tart and froze the rest to have plums in the winter! Yum yum!

Brent, Andrew & I picked our apples on Sunday---we had more then we were expecting this year. So today, Andrew and I made home-made applesauce...we had at least 14 cups worth of applesauce! Good thing we bought a freezer chest for the garage and good thing applesauce is one of Andrew's favorite foods =)
